The "Resale Function" has been implemented, allowing users to sell items purchased at RAKUZA again.
You can choose between two resale methods: "Normal Sale" where you can set the selling price in advance, and "Auction" where the final winning bid is determined by the bidders, and you can sell your items on the market, and you will be paid when the transaction is concluded by a new buyer.
In the early stages of implementation, only "normal sales" will be available, and the system will be updated sequentially.
As for the future, we are planning to implement an "offer resale function" that allows users to negotiate directly with NFT holders to make a deal.
HOW TO 02Steps to Resale Items
Setting items to resale
The first step is to set up items to resale on RAKUZA.
Select an item
Select an item in the Purchased Items section of the My Page and click the Resale button.
Specify the sales method
Select either Regular Sale or Auction .
*Please note that in the initial stage of implementation, only "normal sales" will be supported.
Specify the sales currency
Select the currency you use to pay for the resale items.
Fees will be calculated and settled in the currency you select.
Enter a set price
Enter a resale price in the currency you specify.
Please set the amount above the commission for both regular sales and auctions.
If the purchase is successful, the set price minus the commission* will be sent to your (the seller’s) wallet.
*Equivalent to the total market value of the gas fee used by the Ethereum network in the transaction.
Agree to the Terms of Use
Check the checkbox, and click the Resell button.
Apply for resale with Metamask
After setting up the item on RAKUZA, you will need to apply for it on Metamask.
Confirm the signature request.
Confirm permission to use token.
Finalize resale application
*After the "Applying Resale" message is displayed and the status is completed, the item will be listed on RAKUZA.
Tip: If you want to cancel/change a resaleIf you want to stop resale or change the selling price, please click the "Stop Resale" button from the list of items under resale on My Page to end the resale.
HOW TO 03Steps to Resale Purchase
In the case of resale items, you can see the price trend on the item page.
You can also view the average price, total transaction volume, and transaction history of the item, so you can see if the item is popular or not.
The purchase process is the same as new items, so please check the steps below.
Select the item you want
From the Item List page, select the item that is displayed in the Resale section.
select a purchase method
Select the purchase method on the item detail page.
If you select Buy Now at Owner's Preferred Price , the transaction will be settled immediately at the displayed price.
If you select Place Limit , the item owner will decide whether to sell the item at that limit, and if so, the item will be settled. The "Place Limit" purchase method will be implemented at later date.
Apply for purchase with Metamask
After setting up the purchase on RAKUZA, you will need to apply on Metamask.
